Nice place but a few things could be improved at such a price
Nice location in the middle of Guanajuato. Nice garden , bar on roof top and pool . Good quality coffee . Good king size bed
That the room did not have a window to open . At 6.15 in the morning they started to clean the kitchen next door to our room , moving furniture , washing - very loud . Although we wanted to get up at 8 - we were woken up at 6.15 !!! Really bad for such a hotel . No real apologies received - just a “ we are sorry” .

Wonderful
It's a lovely and well located hotel. Rooftop bar and pool are very nice.
We weren't prepared for the number of stairs involved in getting to the room, but we're not youthful.

Great stay experience, a little bit overpriced
The location is great, close to the Basilica, the University and all the restaurants. It’s also very quiet at the night. Clean room, wonderful staff, beautiful view of Guanajuato. The building itself is interesting and very unique.
This hotel doesn’t provide disposable dental kit, so it’s better to bring your own. The final price doesn’t match the booking price but it didn’t exceed that much.

Lovely historic hotel with great views and modern amenities. Recommend!!
Fantastic location, outstanding bar for sunset, comfortably room, comfy bed, great shower. Hotel is beautiful and historic while being thoroughly modern inside the rooms. Great little bakery inside hotel for coffee and the Rol de Guayaba (so good).
Checkin was a little bumpy as we were arriving via car - there isn’t really parking and coordination with hotel wasn’t great, the checkin lady was surprisingly surly to us. Once beyond this initial hiccup the staff was great.
